After five seasons, she moved on to become art director for Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsay and took her team across the U.S. to redesign and install new dining rooms for restaurants.  It was during this time Nancy was asked to audition for Trading Spaces. She landed the roll of designer and had the wonderful opportunity to work with the team that really launched home makeover shows in the United States.  Nancy was also fortunate enough to work as one of the designers on Trading Spaces.

Having just completed season 2 of Kitchen Nightmares, she continues raising her three children with her husband, Jevon, running her business, Nancy Hadley FAC, art directing and pursuing more on camera design opportunities.
